Mafroukeh

It is a cherished Lebanese dessert, that unfolds as a  symphony of textures and flavors. 
The base layer is  basbousa which forms a hearty base, and the velvety layers of clotted cream or Kashta impart luscious creaminess, adding a delightful crunch and nutty undertone that lingers on the palate, making it a truly indulgent and culturally rich confection.
The plate serves between five to six people.
